Escape to Hazzard County 3!!!! Plus Santa Barbara, Mariposa, Bootjack, Sonora.

Riding around in LA after having just gotten in from NYC

I lost my sleeping bag at the last campout,
so I needed to pony up and get a new one,
this time equipped with compression straps. (a must)

Rad dude.  Great bike.

The Escape to Hazzard County meet up
at Gasser Lounge, Redondo Beach
Saturday morning.

Everybody is saddled up and ready to roll.

More gas stop rat bikes.
The bikes that look well ridden are always my favorite.

These gloves are STILL my favorite.

Cold, crisp coastline felt amazing.
No jacket necessary.

The first stop for lunch and meet-up.
This is where I ran into all the other ladies.

What would a Hazzard County campout be, without the General Lee?!

Let the Hillbilly Games begin!

coming in for a landing down the home stretch.

Now for some Keg Toss action.

Here are the winners of the Keg Toss, ready to chug the beer.
Spencer (Spagettys Garage) holding up the center.

This was the Arena!

I lasso'd my hammock up to the janky fence.

Let's just say we had some afternoon winds.

Ready for some live music.

Super festive.

This is where you'll find me.

Beer and a cocktail.  Mixtures and fixtures.

Soaking up the late night fire.

Love the lit up drums.

Hanging out with Randy till the cows come home.

Waking up to the this beautiful sight.

Look folks it's a
"Kick-Start
Kick-Stand."

This was how I had to get going.
Energy drink, chili, coffee (warmth)

Aaaaand my already broken kickstand, broke just a little more.

I love on-the-road fixes.  Works better than the previous rig.

Beautiful view out toward the Pacific,
coming down the mountain overlooking Santa Barbara, CA.

Old Mission near my destination.

Getting classy.

This dog was tooooooo cute.

Mr. Madonna himself.
Quite appropriate at the famous Madonna Inn.

Riding up highway 1 just past Morro Bay, on my way to Cambria, CA.

I'm a hopeless romantic for views of cattle grazing rolling country hillsides.

More gorgeous countryside out to the Pacific views.

By this time I'd been riding for a few hours in the cold California air,
it was a really chilly one.  Stopped for gas and to warm up.
Food warmers are great for this.

Found an old horseshoe spike on the street of Mariposa, CA.

Bought a Silver/Black Onyx ring in Mariposa.

My friends own The Alley Lounge in Mariposa.

My Aunt saw my bike out front of the bar,
and she stopped in to say hello.

Here we are, after a nice little visit.

I love animals on walls.
They are always my favorite establishments.

A local gal does all the taxidermy for the area.

They were all so awesome.

I found a bunch of these wild turkey feathers
on my aunts property in Bootjack.

These two dogs are totally unrelated,
and are completely different breeds,
which is why it's so funny that they look so similar.

Went through some old photos today,
found a little me.

Home in Sonora.
Just a few drops of rain on the way along the 49.
Stopped for lunch in Coulterville, CA, and to avoid some rain.
